Sozzled Chicken & Toasted Almonds


Smokey free range chicken thighs poached in sherry, fennel seeds and zesty orange, sprinkled with toasted almonds and a dash of magic.

Serving suggestion:
Goes well with rice or mashed potato, any green veg or a salad.
Small = portion for 1
Medium = portion for 2



Cooking instructions:
Can cook from frozen (but best defrosted). Remove lid. Oven bake at 180 degrees for 15-20mins until chicken heated through. Baste mid-way. (30-45mins if frozen)

Free range chicken thighs, toasted slivered ALMONDS, ground ALMONDS, oranges, orange juice, fennel seeds, paprika, garlic, dry SHERRY, Italian parsley, olive oil, cracked black pepper, honey, salt.

N.B. Since we don’t add any cheat ingredients or bulking agents, some of our dishes may separate when frozen - but they will come back together when cooked!
