A dark and flavourful pasture raised beef and lentil stew, slow cooked in stout ale – in a cauldron at midnight.

Serving suggestion:
Our fairies can’t decide – some say mash potato, others say rice.  Either way a bowl is required.  We also like it with peas.

Description

Cooking instructions:
Can cook from frozen. Remove lid. Oven bake at 180 degrees for 20-30mins (15-20mins if defrosted). Stir mid-way. Or slowly simmer in pan on hob, stirring frequently until heated through.

Ingredients:
Pasture raised beef, onions, mushrooms, CELERY, grape vinegar, Guinness Ale, lentils, corn flour, olive oil, salt, cracked black pepper, sugar.

N.B. Since we don’t add any cheat ingredients or bulking agents, some of our dishes may separate when frozen - but they will come back together when cooked!
