Posh Cottage Pie


Your favourite cottage pie with a remarkable twist!  Made from free-range ostrich mince and lentils topped with fluffy sweet potato mash.

Serving suggestion:
We think it’s complete just as it is; for those keep-it-simple nights.

Small = portion for 1
Medium = portion for 2-3
Large = portion for 4-5

Entertaining = portion for 8 (week’s notice required – you can provide your own dish so no one will know!)



Cooking instructions:
Can cook from frozen. Remove lid. Oven bake at 180 degrees for 30-45mins until heated through and golden on top.

Ingredients: Free range ostrich mince, lentils, onion, CELERY, carrots, peas, tomato, Farmer Angus beef stock, grape vinegar, red WINE, mixed herbs, oregano, thyme, bay leaves, garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, MILK, butter, cracked black pepper, mustard, salt.

Farmer Angus Beef Stock Ingredients:
FAB bones, organic carrots, onions, celery, garlic, vinegar, non-irradiated turmeric, rosemary, parsley, bay leaves, black pepper (no salt).

N.B. Since we don’t add any cheat ingredients or bulking agents, some of our dishes may separate when frozen - but they will come back together when cooked!
