Melanzane alla Parmigiana


Traditionally made, chargrilled aubergines in a rich tomato & basil sauce with a cheesy centre and parmesan crust.

Serving suggestion:
It can be complete on its own or an accompaniment to grilled chicken or fish.

Small = portion for 1
Medium = portion for 2-3



Cooking instructions:
Can cook from frozen. Remove lid. Oven bake at 180 degrees for 15-20mins until heated through and golden on top.

Ingredients: Aubergine, onion, fresh basil, tomato, mozzarella, parmesan, olive oil, garlic, spice, vinegar, sugar, salt, cracked black pepper.

N.B. Since we don’t add any cheat ingredients or bulking agents, some of our dishes may separate when frozen - but they will come back together when cooked!
