Mamma Mia Meatballs


Succulent free range ostrich & lamb meatballs made with basil pesto, and marinated in a marvellous tomato sauce.  So tasty you might burst into song!

Serving suggestion:
These are so versatile, you can serve with spaghetti or another pasta, rice, mash, vegetables with a salad or in a salad.  A firm fairy family favourite!
Small = portion for 1
Medium = portion for 2



Cooking instructions:
Can cook from frozen. Remove lid. Oven bake at 180 degrees for 20-30mins (15-20mins if defrosted). Baste mid-way. Or slowly simmer in pan on hob, stirring frequently until heated through.

Free range ostrich mince, free range lamb mince, basil PESTO, tomatoes, olives, herbs, olive oil, salt.

PESTO Ingredients:
Vegetable oil, fresh basil, onions, pecorino cheese, cashew nuts, salt, ascorbic acid, fresh garlic, citric acid, basil extract.

N.B. Since we don’t add any cheat ingredients or bulking agents, some of our dishes may separate when frozen - but they will come back together when cooked!
