East ‘n West Chicken (thighs)


East meets West in this exotic free range chicken thigh dish infused with garlic, ginger and rosemary, smothered in an irresistible honey and soya sauce.

Serving suggestion:
Great with rice and Asian veg or broccoli.
Small = portion for 1
Medium = portion for 2

Cooking instructions:
Can cook from frozen (but best defrosted). Remove lid. Oven bake at 180 degrees for 15-20mins until chicken heated through.  Baste mid-way. (30-45mins if frozen)

Free Range chicken thighs, SOYA SAUCE, mushrooms, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh rosemary, olive oil, honey, cracked black pepper.

N.B. Since we don’t add any cheat ingredients or bulking agents, some of our dishes may separate when frozen - but they will come back together when cooked!
