Beef Bourguignon


A true French classic.  Pasture-raised beef and bacon (pork) gently simmered with red wine, carrots and baby onions.

Serving suggestion:
Serve with mash or crushed potatoes (or rice) and a good glass of Burgundy wine!
Small = 250g portion for 1-2
Medium = 500g portion for 3-4



Cooking instructions:
Can cook from frozen. Remove lid. Gently heat through on the stove top, stirring continuously until hot.  Or heat it in the oven at 180degrees for 15-20mins (stirring a couple of times).

Pasture raised beef, bacon (pork), onions, carrots, herbs, red wine, beef stock, cornflour, mushrooms, bay leaves, cracked black pepper, salt.

N.B. Since we don’t add any cheat ingredients or bulking agents, some of our dishes may separate when frozen - but they will come back together when cooked!
